My interest & passion for country style pottery started some 35 years ago at The Dales pottery in Clapham North Yorkshire run by the skillfull large pot maker Peter Strong. The Dales Pottery had mineral rights on the North York moors where we dug a tonne of clay per week for processing into plastic clay ready for throwing on the wheel. The art of taking mother natures resources & turning it into usable vessels for use in & around the house or garden intrigued me which in turn lead to me buying my first potters wheel and Kiln. I spent around two years practising becoming a repetition potter & as the saying goes the rest is history.

Here at Tigerceramics we are always evolving our product ranges to suite the needs & requirements of our customers. We have a working pottery within the Craft centre with a viewing area that can be accessed by the public. We hold pottery demonstrations & events such as paint a pot day for children.
